The website is included in Business Plus. A domain of your own (like yourbakery.com) is extra, and its price depends on the domain and the registrar. Custom website work may cost extra.

Is the free trial really free?
Yes. You get 7 days with all the main features, no card and no payment. If you do not continue, your data is kept safely until you choose a plan.
Do I need a special computer or a printer?
No. BakeEase runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. For printed bills it works with normal thermal receipt printers (58 mm and 80 mm).
Can customers order cakes from my website?
Yes. Your website has an order form with date, flavour, shape and message on the cake. The request arrives in the app, and you can make it an order with one tap.
How do WhatsApp orders work?
You connect your WhatsApp Business number to BakeEase. Customer messages become order requests in the app, and your customers get updates and the bill on WhatsApp. We help you with the connection.
I have more than one shop. Can I use it?
Yes. The Premium and Business Plus plans include multi-branch management: stock, bills and staff per branch, and an all-branches view for the owner.
Is my data safe? Can I take it with me?
Your data is yours. You can download a full copy as spreadsheets and photos at any time, and save a copy to your own Google Drive.
After I publish my website, where do I add my cakes and stock?
You sign in with your email and open Products. There you add cakes with photos and prices, keep a count of how many you have, and hide or show each one on your website. A cake with no stock left shows as sold out. Order requests from your website arrive under Orders.
What does a website on its own cost?
A website alone is ₹20 a month for your first 3 months, then ₹299 a month. Premium designs are charged separately.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your website works on a BakeEase address from day one, and you can connect a domain of your own later. The domain itself is bought separately.
